Facebook messenger "Writing" animation issue

Hi,
       when i type to someone on facebook messenger and send the message. the receivers "writing" animation instantaniously starts showing as if they were writing a message even tho they havn't seen the message i sent. i've verified by sending a message to someones phone that i happend to physically see. So my friends is not insane people who's just waiting for me to message them.



Is anyone else having this issue?
